The Programs
Here are the different programs under the United States Citizen and Immigration Services (USCIS) that your entire family can apply for. The programs were designed to create jobs for Americans by loaning money to USCIS qualified and approved businesses to grow their enterprises thru investor loans. These loans are actually time deposits which are cheaper for these businesses to borrow rather than from US banks. It keeps the liquidity and risks of US banks lower as well because funding is coming from Foreign Direct Investments. You may may learn more from the US Government links below each program.
E2 Program
A National Treaty of Commerce between the US government and the Philippines was signed in September 6, 1955 giving Filipinos the privilege to stay in the United States after setting up a qualified and sustainable business that employs US Citizens.
The E2 is a NON IMMIGRANT family visa which will cover the spouse and all the children under 21 years of age. Once the children reach 21 years old, they have to go home even if the E2 visa of the parents are still active. You can move your qualified family into the US in 4 months. This visa is geared towards a legal temporary stay with the opportunity to work and study in the US for at least 2 years while the visa is still active. The E2 has unlimited renewals so long as the business is profitable and employs american citizens.
Your spouse and all unmarried children under 21 years of age can leave for the US in 4 months. The non interest earning time deposit is USD$195K.

EB5 Program
The US Congress created the EB-5 Program in 1990 to stimulate the U.S. economy through job creation and capital investment by foreign investors. In 1992, the US Congress created the Immigrant Investor Program, also known as the Regional Center Program. This sets aside 10,000 EB-5 visas for participants who invest in commercial enterprises associated with regional centers approved by the US Citizen & Immigration Service (USCIS) for promoting economic growth.
The EB5 visa is an IMMIGRANT GREEN CARD family visa which includes the spouse of the applicant as well as all their children under 21 years of age. You can move your entire family in the US in 2 years. Any child who files for an application for this program will not be deported home when they reach 21 years old so long as their application has been filed and accepted by the USCIS before the child's 21st birthday. This visa is geared towards a permanent AMERICAN CITIZENSHIP within 7 years.
Your spouse and all your unmarried children under 21 years of age can leave for the US in 2 years with a green card and a US citizenship in 7 years. The time deposit requirement is $900k and earns a 10% - 18% total return for 5 years.
